Treatment appointment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or appointment changes
be made at least 24 hours in advance.
 
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the treatment total for all scheduled treatments. 

"No-Show" guests will be charged 100% of the treatment total for all scheduled appointments.
 
All guests will receive a reminder email
48 hours prior to each scheduled appointment.  
And also a text message 24 hours prior to each appointment.
